A family club since 1975
The Mornington Baseball Club is a premier baseball club on the Mornington Peninsula, an hour south-east of Melbourne in the coastal town of Mornington. We cater for all ages, from eight years old to… well, quite old.

Who we are
Warm, friendly and family focused
We aim to create a warm and friendly family environment, where people young and old can forge lifelong friendships and a love of baseball.
We've been mainly a winter club in the Dandenong Baseball Association, in partnership with Baseball Victoria, since 1975. In 2020/21 we added summer baseball in the Victorian Summer Baseball League, and we've grown it every season since.
Our junior and senior teams are all mixed, and we actively encourage girls and women to join. It makes our teams more dynamic and diverse.
An experienced Division 1 club coach and a hard-working committee run the club, promoting baseball right across the Mornington Peninsula.
Our home
CB Wilson Reserve
35–55 Wilsons Road, Mornington. Our home since the late 1970s.
Two diamonds
Both with dugouts. The main diamond is maintained all year round.
Lights
Light towers on the main diamond for night training and Masters games.
Clubrooms
Modern clubrooms, opened in 2002, with a large canteen and licensed bar.
Parking & playground
Plenty of off-street parking and a playground for the kids.
There was no baseball club situated south of Frankston, so I decided to attempt to start a new club in Mornington. Mornington of course went on to win the premiership in its first year.
