How can you help?
Our Baseball Club runs solely on the dedication and hard work of volunteers and we are always looking for people to help share the load.
Volunteering to help make our club as great as it is, and make improvements where we can is an extremely rewarding experience.
You don’t need any Baseball experience, just a desire to help get things done! So how can you help?
ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A WORKING WITH CHILDRENS CHECK – VOLUNTEER.
This is a Government requirement for anyone performing any role including canteen duty, scoring etc. Obtaining a Working with Children Check – Volunteer is FREE and easy to do online at this link. Once you have completed the process please send a photo of your card to our Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend that all Volunteers register with Baseball Australia (which is FREE) as this helps to give our peak Sporting body a true indication of how many members of the community are involved in our sport. The more numbers are registered the more likely Baseball is to receive attention from the Government and potentially funding and an increase in our sports profile.
